On the latest episode of ATP - 703: Part of a Healthy Breakfast Marco talks about his experience using AI coding tools. He says “I’m not like an amazing programmer. I’m a decent programmer. I might even say good, but I wouldn’t say amazing. And now, it’s like I have the power of an amazing programmer at my fingertips that I can just direct. And I think I’m a better director than I am a programmer.” This almost perfectly captures how I feel. I think I’m a decent programmer but I think I’m a pretty good director. It’s certainly a different way of working but I quite like it.
